★纯Windows 风格的图形交互界面,GUI 界面,基于特征化、参数化建模,采用全自动网格自适应技术,用户不需要额外掌握单元划分技术,用户非常容易掌握,使金属成形过程建模、仿真、评定和结果动画处理等一系列过程尤其简单。
★用户使用工业标准格式,例如STL 格式可以从各种CAD 系统导入几何模型,包括CATIA 、Pro/E 、UG、Solidworks 、SolidEdge 和AutoCAD 等。
★Simufact求解器将全球领先的Marc非线性有限元求解器和Dytran瞬态动力学求解器融合在一起,提供有限元法(FEM)和有限体积法(FVM)
两种建模求解方法。

Simufact.forming is a simulation tool that has been developed especially for the forming industry. As a consistent advancement of the long-established simulation solutions MSC.SuperForm and MSC.SuperForge from our partner MSC.Software, both complementary technologies were integrated in a single, powerful product that is up to all the challenges of forming technology.

A major focus of the new version is the further improvement of existing software components and the addition of new functionalities. Simufact.forming 10.0 offers for example more than 40 new functionalities alone in the area of pre- and postprocessing, including new functionalities for the detailed modeling of larger and more complex models as well as an overall significantly improved handling. In addition, the interaction between hexahedron meshing, parallel processing, and the use of cluster machines has been further optimized. In the area of massive sheet metal forming the software family offers new functionalities i.e. the design of progressive dies.

Version 10.0 introduces a wide variety of new functions, enhancements and updates, including:
