Thank you for purchasing "The Shadow" Hopefully I can "shed some light" on this subject. (Ha Ha)
You'll want to make sure you are editing "Animation 01" first. If it's not already opened you'll see it in the project window. Double click to open.
You will see on layers 5, 6,and 7 that there is text to edit. Double click these layers to edit the text.
Layer 7 is the light sweep that you see. Type the same exact thing as you typed on layer 6 on this layer.
Animation 02
This comp is set up the same as the first.
Animation 03
This comp has text on the layers 12, 13 and 14. You will also find a video placeholder on layer 7. Option or Alt click this layer to reveal the nested composition. It will pop up. Delete my placeholder graphics and put in your video or photo. Go back to Animation 03 comp. You should see your graphic with a nice reflection.
Animation 04
This comp is set up the same way as Animation 03
Animation 05 is set up just like the others.
Finally, open up "Final comp to Render" Composition. This comp has all the comps you just edited nested with in it. The music and sound fx are sycned to the animation here. This is the Comp you will want to export and render.
